We offer a complete suite of services to help you with a product from start to finish. If you only want to utilize one or two of our services we can do that too.
Injection Molding
We use top-of-the-line, fully electric JSW Injection Molding equipment. All of our machines are less than 2 years old and thoroughly maintained.
TOOLING Utah is a hub of talented tool makers, and we coordinate with them on your behalf to see your CAD files comes to life in the form of a mold.
PRODUCT ASSEMBLY It is not uncommon for injection molded products to include an element of assembly. Whatever it is, we have the capabilities of doing all the assembly in-house.
QUALITY CONTROL Our injection molding services include our manual quality control tests. We never charge you for a product that is not sellable. Our current defect rate is less than 1%, which allows us efficient operations to reduce your cost.
CAD Design
We work with several of the most talented CAD designers in the industry, and will work with them on your behalf to coordinate the design of your product. We will furnish you with a 3D print of your product to approve before beginning the mold creation process.
MATERIAL SOURCING
We have strong relationships with plastic & colorant providers. We can source any material or color that is in existence.
PACKAGING
We’re capable of handling any packaging needs you may have, but blister packaging is our specialty. We utilize special machinery that automates more than 90% of the blister packaging process.
DESIGN We have an in-house graphic design team to help you create a company logo, product logo or retail packaging for your product. They typically present you with three initial designs, and once you’ve selected a general design you like, we can fine-tune the details as you see fit. We recommend using our research services, which allow us to conduct national surveys to find what your potential customers respond to best.
SOURCING Once your design is complete, we are able to provide you with packaging costs, breakpoints included. We also work with the country’s largest corrugate providers to create custom boxes and case quantities for your product.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Now that we have your product assembled and packaged at our warehouse, we want to help you get it to your customers. If you prefer to order larger quantities to take advantage of our breakpoints, we can store it for you or ship to you in bulk as well.
AMAZON & RETAIL DISTRIBUTION Our sister company specializes in Amazon listings, distribution and SEO. We want to help your product succeed, so that your manufacturing needs grow. If your product is the right fit, we’ll actually help you distribute your products on Amazon with one of the world’s greatest Amazon companies! Through them, one of our customers has a top rated product on Amazon, selling close to 50,000 units a year. Additionally, if you have the right product, we can help you get in front of buyers for Wal-Mart, Target, Cabela’s, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc.
